Processing Time All orders are processed within 2–5 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

• Expedited Shipping (2–3 business days): Calculated at checkout
• Free standard shipping on orders over $75

REFUND & RETURN POLICY

At Gifts Made Great, your satisfaction means everything to us.

Returns We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for unused, unopened items in their original packaging. Personalized or custom items are final sale.

Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you of approval. Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

Damaged or Incorrect Items If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours at support@giftsmadegreat.com with a photo and we'll make it right immediately.

Exchanges We're happy to exchange items for a different product of equal value within 14 days of delivery.
